The barbed leather is gathered in Ultima Online by slaying dragons and carving the body up with a knife, giving about 40 leather per corpse. Depending on your facet will change the amount of UO barbed leather you receive. This is special leather that will increase energy resists higher than normal when used for crafting armor.
